Promotions offering bonus funds (hereinafter referred to as “bonuses” or “promotions”) may be offered to both new and current players of the Unibet platform. Terms and conditions of any bonus are designed to be read in conjunction with the specific language of the promotion offered. In the event of a conflict between the bonus promotion and the Unibet bonus policy, the language in the specific promotion offered will prevail.
A. Eligibility
To be eligible for a bonus on the Unibet Pennsylvania (“Unibet PA”) platform, players must have a verified and active pa.unibet.com account. Unibet Interactive, Inc. (“Unibet”, “we”, or “us”) reserves the right to limit any bonus to one per player at our sole discretion.
B. General Terms & Conditions
1. By participating in any promotions, the player acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to Unibet’s Terms and Conditions relating to the applicable promotion (the “Specific Bonus Terms”) and to Unibet’s General Terms and Conditions (the “General Terms”) and Bonus Policy (the “Bonus Policy”).
2. Each bonus is only available once per player account, unless otherwise stated in the Specific Bonus Terms. Unibet reserves the right to limit any bonus to any specific account, device, household, email address, or any other imposed restriction as Unibet, in its sole discretion, sees fit.
3. Wagering activity is applied only to a single bonus promotion or playthrough requirement at a time, as determined by the order of funds indicated in the Specific Bonus Terms, and wagering activity may be applied in conjunction with or in connection to any other bonus, unless otherwise stated in the Specific Bonus Terms.
4. Unibet reserves the right to revoke a bonus or promotion from a player account in the event of suspicion of bonus abuse or potential fraud. Cases of fraud or abuse are determined on a case-by-case basis. Violation of Unibet’s Terms of Service may also result in a revocation of a bonus or potential account termination.
5. Terms and conditions of a promotion or bonus may be amended by Unibet at any time.
6. A bonus or promotion may be limited in scope by Unibet in who it is offered to.
7. Wallets are subject to wallet limits, which is the maximum amount of money allowed in a wallet. Limited wallets have spillover wallets where excessive funds are placed when the limit is hit.
C. Wagering Requirements
Bonuses that are applied to a player’s account must meet certain wagering requirements specific to that bonus. These requirements are explained in the terms and conditions of each promotion in the Specific Bonus Terms under the section titled “Wagering Requirements.” All terms and conditions will detail the wagering contributions for each type of game.
If a customer withdraws money from that portion of their Restricted Balance linked to a bonus, the bonus will be forfeited. Players may only have one active bonus in their account at one time. When a player attempts to select another bonus, they will be prompted to cancel their existing bonus. Any restricted funds will be moved back to the Cash balance and any winnings from the cancelled bonus will be forfeited. Players may forfeit or cancel a bonus at any time.
Player Wallet Balances
Cash Balance – A player’s cash balance is the amount that is deposited into his or her account from an approved deposit method, or that the player has won from wagering, and that is not linked to any bonus or promotion. This balance may be played with or withdrawn at any time.
Restricted Balance – A player’s restricted cash balance is a player’s cash balance that is deposited into his or her account from an approved deposit method and is linked to a bonus which the player has opted into. The player must meet the wagering requirements of the bonus before the restricted cash balance linked to that bonus is moved into the player’s cash balance. A player may withdraw funds from their restricted cash balance at any time, however, any bonus funds received from the promotion the player opted into and associated with the withdrawn restricted cash balance will be forfeited.
Bonus Balance – A player’s bonus balance consists of restricted funds a player receives because of opting into a promotion or through a deposit match. All bonus funds are associated with a wagering requirement that must be met before they are moved into a player’s cash balance and become eligible for withdrawal. Bonus funds must meet a wagering requirement specific to each promotion. The wagering requirement for each bonus is defined in the Specific Bonus Terms for that bonus.
D. Order of Funds and Winnings
When a player opts into a bonus that has wagering requirements, the player’s deposit will be placed in the Restricted Cash Balance section of the player’s wallet, and the bonus funds associated with the promotion or bonus will be placed in the Bonus Balance section of the player’s wallet. When placing a wager, funds will first be taken from the Restricted Cash Balance portion of the player’s wallet. When the Restricted Cash Balance funds are exhausted, funds will then be taken from the Bonus Balance for wagers. If there are no funds in the player’s Restricted Cash Balance, all funds will be taken from the player’s Bonus Balance.
If a player wins a wager made with funds taken from the Restricted Cash Balance and/or the Bonus Balance, and the player has not met the playthrough requirements of the bonus or promotion yet, the winnings will first reload into the Bonus Balance up to the amount taken from the Bonus Balance, if any. Any remaining funds will then be deposited into the Restricted Cash Balance section of the player’s wallet. Where funds from both the Restricted Cash Balance and the Bonus Balance are used to place a wager, proceeds from a winning wager will be returned to those balances in the reverse of the order they were taken.
All promotions and bonus funds have an expiration date and time based on the Specific Bonus Terms and the date when the bonus or promotion was applied to the player’s account. The Specific Bonus Terms of a promotion or bonus will be used to determine when bonus funds will expire and be removed from the Bonus Balance if a player does not meet the wagering requirement.
Funds in a player’s Bonus Balance can be wagered with, but not withdrawn, until the wagering requirement has been fulfilled. Funds in a player’s Restricted Cash Balance can be withdrawn at any time but may result in the forfeit of any remaining Bonus Balance or winnings from wagers made with the player’s Bonus Balance and/or more than the player’s original Restricted Cash Balance. In addition, winnings from wagers made with a player’s Bonus Balance and/or Restricted Cash Balance may not be withdrawn until the wagering requirement has been fulfilled. Once the wagering requirement has been fulfilled, all restricted funds – Bonus Balance and Restricted Cash Balance, as well as winnings from wagers made with the same – become part of the Cash Balance and may be withdrawn in full.
When placing a wager, funds will be taken first from the Restricted Cash Balance, then the Bonus Balance. Proceeds from a winning wager will first be used to refill the Bonus Balance, then the Restricted Cash Balance, with the remainder considered winnings; subsequent wagers will be taken from any winnings, then the Restricted Cash Balance, then the Bonus Balance. The wagering requirement will be fulfilled, and all funds linked to that bonus or promotion released to the Cash Balance, when wagers have been made in an amount that is equal to or greater than the wagering requirement. However, if the total of the player’s Restricted Cash Balance, Bonus Balance, and any winnings from the same reaches zero, or the bonus or promotion expires as per the Specific Bonus Terms, the player’s Bonus Balance and any winnings from bonus-related wagers more than the player’s initial Restricted Cash Balance will be forfeited.
Wagers will be placed first with the restricted cash balance, followed by any amount in the bonus balance. Once exhausted, wagers will lastly be placed with any funds in the main balance.
A bonus or promotion can be cancelled by following these steps:
1. In the upper right-hand corner of the website or app, click the down arrow next to your wallet balance to drop down the menu.
2. Select Active Bonuses from the left-hand side menu, and then select the specific bonus you want to cancel.
3. Select ‘Cancel Bonus.’
4. You will be met with a prompt asking if you are sure you want to cancel this bonus, along with information on what will happen to any wagering requirement progress and winnings. If you are sure you want to cancel the bonus, select “Yes, I Want To Cancel”.
5. Upon selecting cancellation, you will be met with a pop-up message stating “You have successfully cancelled the bonus.”

When cancelling a bonus that has not met the playthrough requirement, patrons will receive a notification warning of their progress and bonus funds that will be lost if they continue with cancellation. Additionally, all restricted funds associated with the bonus will be returned to the player’s Main cash balance.

E. Eligible Games – Casino
All casino promotions will specify the eligible casino games required to satisfy the requirements of that promotion in their Specific Bonus Terms. Contribution rates will vary depending on the game played. Below is the Contribution Table for wagering requirements.

F. Eligible Games – Sportsbook
Some promotions may restrict the specific sportsbook wagers that may be made to meet the requirement of the promotion. Wagers may be limited by sport, league, event, team, bet type, betting odds, or other restrictions as noted in the Specific Bonus Terms.
The wagering requirement for a sportsbook wager must be made on a wager at odds of -300 or better (e.g., -100, +150, etc.). 100% of any eligible sportsbook wager (as defined by the Specific Bonus Terms) at odds of -300 or greater will contribute to meeting the wagering requirement. Wagers that are cashed out prior to full settlement of the wager will not contribute to the wagering requirement.

H. Other Terms and Conditions
Neither Unibet, nor any of its affiliates, shall be liable for any damages arising as a result of any promotion or any modification, alteration, discontinuance or termination of any promotion, and any such liability shall fall solely and exclusively on the player, subject to applicable laws and regulations. Unibet reserves the right to review transaction records and logs from time to time. If, upon review, Unibet discovers a player has benefited from bonus funds in violation of these terms and conditions by engaging in betting patterns Unibet deems to be irregular, suspicious, or abusive, Unibet reserves the right to deem forfeited the bonus amount and any associated winnings, subject to applicable laws and regulations. Any fees payable to Unibet, including but not limited to fees levied on dormant accounts in accordance with Pennsylvania gaming regulations, may be deducted from any bonus amounts. In the event that Unibet deems in its sole discretion that a player has been taking unfair advantage of promotions or bonuses, abusing bonuses or promotions, or has executed any other act in bad faith in relation to a promotion or bonus offered on Unibet PA or pa.unibet.com, or any other sites owned, operated by, or affiliated with Unibet PA or pa.unibet.com, Unibet reserves the right to block, suspend, or terminate the player’s account, and Unibet shall be under no obligation to refund to that player any bonus funds or winnings that may be in the player’s account, subject to applicable laws and regulations.
