How do I limit my play

How do I limit my play?

Only spend the time and money you can afford, with our responsible gaming tools that limit your play.

Deposit Limit

Control how much money you can deposit every day, week, or month. Once you have hit your limit, you will not be able to deposit any more money until the limit resets.

Set deposit limit

Time Limit

Control how much time you spend logged in to our site every day, week, or month. Once you have hit your limit, you will not be able to log in to your account until the limit resets.

Spend Limit

Control how much money you spend on our site every day, week, or month. Setting this limit can help you to stop chasing your losses, for example, if you set a spend limit of $100 per week on Casino, and then lose $100, you will not be able to play again until the limit resets.

We also consider the amount you win, so if you lose $50 and then win $50, you will still have a total of $100 to lose before being restricted.

Single Bet Limit

Control how much money you can spend in one bet.

How do I take a break?

If betting is having a negative impact and the limits you have set yourself are not doing enough to control your play, you can block access to your account for as long as you feel necessary.

Cool-off

Want to take a short break? Take a break from our products for any time between 3 and 30 days. When your cool off is set, you will not be able to access your account until the time frame has ended. Once the break is over, your account will automatically reactivate, and you will not be notified.

Go to Cool-off settings

Self-Exclusion

For a more complete break from gambling, block access to all licensed gambling operators in Pennsylvania for a period of 1 year, 5 years, or lifetime. Once you have confirmed your self-exclusion, you will be able to request a reactivation of your account by contacting the Pennsylvania Gaming Control Board at the end of the self-exclusion period.
